An international tertiary institution group is looking for an HR manager. This is an AA appointment.

Drives and manages all activities relating to people processes, including resourcing, development, compensation, and benefits and employment conditions including labour law.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience: Minimum six years’ HR management experience
  • Education: Post-secondary education, preferably in HR
  • Knowledge of the education industry is advantageous
  • Thorough understanding of South African labour law
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Engages with people through effective communication. Expresses thoughts, feelings, and ideas effectively and with respect in individual and group situations. Tailors communication style to suit audience and content
  • Previous exposure to HR systems
  • Ability to work in a team
