Develop and manage a team of financial- and customer relations consultants to ensure that team sales targets and other team objectives are achieved. Maintain the branch operation in terms of manpower plan, growth and quality targets, cost management, arrears management, client service, compliance and audit requirements. Handles all client queries professionally, providing technical support.Identifies own and team members¿ training needs and arranges training where necessary.Develops internal capabilities by supporting and coaching branch staff towards achievement of sales targets.Manages information regarding new products, rate changes, rulings, etc.Manages team members¿ performance and non-performance in line with performance management governance.Demonstrates and exhibits client-centric behaviour.Ensures that compliance requirements are adhered to and deals with non-compliance issues pro-actively.Coaches/mentorr and trains sales staff to ensure that sales targets are met.


Ensures compliance to process & procedures to minimise business risk.

Manages information regarding new products, rate changes, rulings etc.

Relationship Building
Maintains relationships internal and external with stakeholders.
Effectively handles all client queries professionally.

Sales/ Productivity
Guides/coaches a team of sales consultants in developing sales techniques to ensure business targets are met.
Identifies new and creative means of achieving goals.

Job Requirements
Grade 12/Matric or equivalent Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Relevant tertiary qualification/proven track record of sales or client service
